We are a community of SOCCER organizations along with referee associations who manage leagues and tournaments. We focus on Referees and Assignors and Games but realize there are also athletic directors, administrators, treasurers and coaches, players and fans. 

Most REFEREES start their careers with youth games. After some on-field experience they might add high school games, adult games and maybe even college or professional games.

Most ASSIGNORS start with small leagues or seasonal events. Soon, they realize their responsiblities have grown into multiples leagues, tournaments and events throughout the year.
